Stanton Public Relations & Marketing Recognized by 2009 MarCom Awards

Stanton Public Relations & Marketing was recently named the winner of two 2009 MarCom Awards in the Media Relations/Publicity category. The firm was the recipient of a Platinum Award—the top prize—for a New York Times feature on Veronis Suhler Stevenson's Communications Industry Forecast. The story, which led the Business section that day, featured data from the Forecast and interviews with executives, positioning VSS and as an experienced private equity investor in the space. The Platinum award recognizes entries for their excellence in terms of quality, creativity and resourcefulness.

The firm was also awarded an Honorable Mention for a feature profile of private equity firm Pine Brook Road Partners in Reuters Buyouts. The article was selected as the cover story for the issue in which it appeared. These winners were selected among thousands of submissions from the U.S. and several foreign countries.
